These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BeforeAF ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the BeforeAF website (https://beforeaf.com) and our before/after widget platform service (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Description of Service

BeforeAF provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage galleries of before/after transformation images
• Generate embeddable widgets to showcase transformations on their websites
• Collect before/after submissions from clients through custom submission links
• Track analytics on widget performance and engagement
• Customize widget appearance and functionality

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

BeforeAF offers several subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features, no payment required
• Standard Plan: $11.99/month or $9.99/month (billed annually)
• Pro Plan: $24.99/month or $19.99/month (billed annually)
• Business Plan: $49.99/month or $39.99/month (billed annually)

4.2 Payment Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Allow us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Pay any applicable taxes

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service ("User Content"), including before/after images, descriptions, and other materials. By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload User Content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of uploading it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload the User Content
• You have obtained all necessary consents and releases
• Your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law

5.4 Content Monitoring and Removal

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may remove such content without prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeforeAF and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Force majeure events
• Actions of third-party service providers

We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

12. Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups of our systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your User Content. We are not liable for any loss of data.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@beforeaf.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13.2 Governing Law
